Fire Casters

Fire:

Fire to most just means destruction; however, they could not be further from the truth. Fire is a means to transform, to warm. It is the essence of life itself, and the means to change. Fire Casters find joy in sharing their craft, in growing their potential, in always being a roaring flame in the darkest of nights and in the coldest of winters.

Fire Casters may struggle with their very outlook on the world around them, just as they see their magic as a gift and a means to help others, they also understand that things like authority and a voice require power. It only takes a spark to set something ablaze, this is something they understand deeply. They choose their words and their actions. A Fire Caster may stoke kindling into the world around them in order to bring forth transformation and change.

Strengths:

Fire Casters view the complexity of life and its challenges as a means to grow, always striving to walk their own path and burn away all limitations. They find a means to dream into being what others say is impossible or impractical. There is a heightened degree of passion, motivation, and energy amongst Fire Casters, they are more than just destroyers of the realm.

Competition brings fruitful experiences to Fire Casters, they find inspiration in being pushed to their limits, creating explosive outcomes that may lead to larger transformations and changes for The Wilds. It is hard to break a Fire Casters motivation, to cause them to lose steam in their endeavors as they seem to always be inspired in the darkest of times to be the beacon of hope needed to keep moving forward.

Weaknesses:

Fire Casters who are deeply passionate will develop a destructive flame, their magic burning far too strongly and becoming uncontrollable. Those who get lost in the challenge of the world, pushing their limits, will begin to do more harm than good, resulting in their own internal as well as external strife. A Fire Caster that pushes beyond their limits, seeking out challenges far greater than their own means, may even burn up their very vitality, resulting in a loss of motivation and awareness that has no return.

Fire is comfort, it is warmth. Sadly, those that get consumed by it may find trouble in discerning helpfulness from harmfulness, their flames may no longer be beacons of hope and instead become signs of calamity. Those that become their very nature, the fire of their magic, will begin to burn away, their own being turned to ash as memories fade and the very urge to burn brighter becomes an explosive downfall.
